This blog is not just going to be a random journal of my life but more of a fitness blog on my and others journey to fitness and wellness. I have been inspired by a good friend and "coach" to seek a life where I won't think twice about doing anything physical due to my fitness. I've been doing really well that I decided to inspire and help others on their own personal fitness goals. Since I'm a pilot, I will occasionally tie the blog into a life on the road as sometimes it's hard to workout or find healthy food at an airport.
I'm by no means an expert; just an average guy trying to stay in shape in a relatively sedentary job. I'm no better than a teacher, banker, construction worker, or janitor (if you ask me, any of these are better off in burning calories per day than me since they move so much).
